Membership access and product-use terms

Membership access

DAGA memberships are subscription-based. Access to courses, community areas, recordings, workshops, and tool benefits depends on the member's active tier and billing status.

Hosted product entitlements

X Accelerator, HG Market Report, and Agency Commander owner-seat access is offered through membership-linked entitlements. Those benefits remain active only while the qualifying DAGA membership remains active and in good standing.

On cancellation, downgrade, non-payment, abuse, or product-policy changes, DAGA may move a hosted-product tenant into read-only grace, offer same-tenant standalone conversion, then revoke, rotate, archive, or expire that entitlement if no conversion occurs.

Third-party API keys and usage

Members are responsible for supplying and maintaining any required third-party API keys, credentials, and usage billing tied to their own accounts. DAGA is not responsible for third-party downtime, rate limits, or usage charges.

Source access policy

Mature DAGA products may be offered as hosted benefits without source-code distribution. Lightweight or open tools may still include source access where explicitly stated.

Data and internal analytics

By using DAGA and its hosted products, members agree that DAGA may process operational data for support, security, analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, and internal data warehouse use as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the service

DAGA may change course delivery, tool packaging, product entitlements, or platform surfaces as the program evolves. Canonical offer details should be reflected in the live pricing page and supporting documentation.
