What DAGA collects

DAGA collects account details, billing status, membership tier, course progress, community-access data, support communications, and operational data needed to run the platform and member benefits.

Hosted products and API keys

Core and future hosted products may require members to connect their own third-party API keys. DAGA does not absorb those third-party usage charges. Third-party providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

How DAGA uses data

DAGA uses data to provide memberships, manage billing, gate access, support members, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and improve product operations.

Internal analytics and warehouse use

DAGA may analyze and store data from the platform and from hosted products including HG Market Report, Agency Commander, and future HG SEO Commander or HG PPC Commander for internal analytics, benchmarking, product improvement, and internal data warehouse use, subject to applicable law and this policy.

DAGA may also use aggregated or de-identified data for internal reporting and operational planning.

Service providers

DAGA relies on infrastructure and service providers such as Stripe, hosting platforms, community software, email providers, and analytics or storage vendors to operate the membership experience.

DAGA may update this policy as the platform and hosted products evolve. Material changes should be published on this page before they are relied on operationally.
