Built from agency operations, not course creation.
Heaviside Group has been operating since 2011. It started as a single marketing consultancy and grew into a holding company with multiple business units: Paving Marketers and Garage Door Marketers (vertical agencies), Heaviside Digital (generalist agency), and Heaviside Software (SaaS products for agency operations).
The work spans SEO, SEM, web development, and full-funnel campaign strategy. An applied physics background adds analytical depth — the same rigor that goes into modeling physical systems applies to modeling agency economics and client pipelines.
On the technical side, the stack is full-stack development with Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure. The software products on the DAGA platform are not demos or prototypes — they are production tools running on real agency data.
Every product on the DAGA platform started as an internal tool built to solve a real agency problem.
Why DAGA Exists
I built these tools for my agencies. DAGA is how other operators get the same stack.
Agency Commander started as a spreadsheet replacement for tracking financials across multiple entities. HG Market Report was built to automate competitive intelligence for prospecting calls. SEO Commander exists because managing local SEO at scale across dozens of client locations needed a better system than spreadsheets and manual audits.
Each tool solved a problem inside the agencies first. Once the training, tools, and community pieces were all running internally, the question became obvious: package it into one platform for other agency owners who face the same operational gaps.
DAGA is the result — one account that connects the curriculum to the tool bundle to the hosted products to the community. No duct tape.
